About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver to join our team. This role is more than just driving; it is about delivering exceptional customer service to those who rely on us. You will be the face of our company, interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.

In this position, you will transport clients to and from various destinations, assisting them with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed. You will maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, conduct routine inspections, and follow all traffic laws and company policies. The role requires strong communication skills to confirm pick-up details, address special requests, and handle any unexpected situations calmly. Whether you are working part-time or full-time, you will have the opportunity to grow within a company that values punctuality, safety, and a genuine passion for serving others.

Hiring Process & Application

To apply, candidates must possess a valid Nebraska driver's license and pass a spotless background check and driving record review. We are a pay-per-ride company based on miles, with a base starting at $17 for domestic rides (0-20 miles); the full pay structure will be explained during the interview process.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 26 years or older.
• No history of DUI/DWI, traffic accidents (even if not at fault), speeding tickets, or felonies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local roads.

Interview Steps:

1. Submit your application with your valid license details.
2. Participate in an interview to discuss the pay structure and company standards.
3. Complete the background check and driving record verification.
4. Begin training on company procedures and client interaction.

Work Schedule & Location

This is an on-the-road position with flexible scheduling options to accommodate different needs:

• Part-Time: Shifts vary, including Early Morning (4:30 AM–9:00 AM), Day (2:30 PM–6:30 PM), and Late Morning (10:00 AM–2:00 PM). We are open Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday rides.
• Full-Time: Based on availability, requiring a commitment to 35–40 hours per week. Shifts include Early Morning (4:30 AM–1:30 PM), Morning (7:00 AM–3:00 PM), and Late Morning (9:30 AM–6:30 PM). A 30-minute to 1-hour lunch break is included in these hours.
