About the School
RCMA Mulberry Community Academy is a Title I Charter School located in Mulberry, Florida. Our expanding K-4 school serves approximately 200 children. Our small size allows us to serve our students and their families on a personal level, fostering a close-knit community environment.
The Role
We are seeking an energetic and dependable Non-Certified Teacher to join our team. This position operates under the direction of the Charter Academy Principal and carries out teaching assignments for a short period of time, such as covering for a teacher on leave or filling a vacancy until a permanent hire is made.
As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively to implement approved educational program components. You will be an integral part of a group that safeguards student health and safety while assisting students in achieving academic goals across language, literacy, math, social studies, science, arts, and physical development. Your role involves establishing rapport with students and parents, communicating progress effectively, and creating a supportive classroom environment through clear routines and behavior standards.
