About the Role
As a Kid Care Associate, you will join a team dedicated to creating a unique and memorable relationship with each child and parent. Your mission is to provide a safe, clean atmosphere while fostering age-appropriate learning and educational opportunities. You will be instrumental in creating a fun, playful, family-friendly environment that complements the broader fitness facility experience.
In this role, you will collaborate with team members to build a highly effective team environment and accomplish shared goals. A key part of your day involves fostering and growing strong relationships with our fitness facility members, ensuring that parents feel confident and supported while they focus on their own wellness.
