About the Role

Quad Chalfont is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to provide electrical support for all equipment and facilities. This role requires well-rounded industrial electrical skills and knowledge of the setup and repair of a broad range of production equipment, including AC/DC drives, PLCs, and relay logic. The position demands the ability to troubleshoot at the board level and demonstrate skills across all phases of job responsibility, including electrical troubleshooting. Success in this role also involves a commitment to self-development and the cultivation of strong interpersonal skills.

Work Environment & Schedule

This position operates within a safety-first culture where employees actively participate in safety programs, policies, and initiatives. The role requires adherence to all Quad Graphics safety procedures, including daily housekeeping, immediate spill cleanup, and ensuring guards and electrical covers are in place at all times. Employees must wear proper hearing protection and safety shoes, lift properly, and attend monthly "Safety Talk" department meetings.

The role is based on a 12-hour night shift schedule (6 p.m. to 6 a.m.), working 3 to 4 days a week. The typical rotation includes Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, with rotating Saturdays, including weekends and holidays.
