About the Role
Quad Chalfont is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to provide electrical support for all equipment and facilities. This role requires well-rounded industrial electrical skills and knowledge of the setup and repair of a broad range of production equipment, including AC/DC drives, PLCs, and relay logic. The position demands the ability to troubleshoot at the board level and demonstrate skills across all phases of job responsibility, including electrical troubleshooting. Success in this role also involves a commitment to self-development and the cultivation of interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule
This position operates on a 12-hour night shift (6 p.m. to 6 a.m.), including weekends and holidays. The schedule consists of 3 to 4 days a week, specifically Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and rotating Saturdays.

Safety & Environment
Safety is integral to our operations. Employees are expected to follow all Quad Graphics safety procedures, perform daily housekeeping functions, and maintain a work-safe environment. This includes cleaning spills immediately, ensuring guards and electrical covers are in place at all times, wearing proper hearing protection and safety shoes, lifting properly, and attending monthly "Safety Talk" department meetings. Team members must be able to understand HMIS labels and interpret Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) while actively participating in safety programs, policies, and initiatives.
