About the Role
City Wide is excited to welcome a part-time Bilingual 2nd Shift Night Manager to our vibrant Nashville office. This position is a Friday, Saturday, Sunday role working from 5:30pm to 2:30am. You will support our Nashville, TN franchise, which is part of an extensive network of over 115 markets across the United States and Canada.
In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our Independent Contractors deliver janitorial and other maintenance services that align with our high-quality standards and meet our clients' specific needs. Your day will involve visiting various client facilities in a designated area of Nashville, including warehouses, distribution centers, auto dealerships, industrial plants, offices, and medical facilities. You will be expected to exercise good judgment when addressing issues, provide proactive coaching to improve performance, and be ready to "roll up your sleeves" to tackle challenges as they arise.
