About the Role
This position serves as a pivotal leadership hub within the facility, responsible for supervising all operational, administrative, safety, and development activities. The role exists to ensure that staff performance directly aligns with and drives the company's broader goals. You will be the face of operational excellence, tasked with managing quality, customer service, cost efficiency, and environmental health and safety standards within your assigned area.
Day in the Life
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of people management and operational oversight. You will lead continuous improvement efforts by applying structured problem-solving techniques to enhance the customer experience and achieve key performance indicators. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to talent development, including attracting, training, and mentoring associates at all levels. You will also manage critical administrative functions such as time-off requests, attendance tracking, and facilitating performance conversations.
Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment is a core daily responsibility. This includes enforcing safety protocols, ensuring the cleanliness of workstations and equipment through 6S principles, and interpreting complex safety rules and procedure manuals. You will frequently interact with associates, clients, and customers, requiring strong communication skills to present information effectively in both one-on-one and group settings.

Requirements

Associate's degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education. Manufacturing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Bilingual ability, particularly in Spanish.
