The Night Auditor serves as the vital link between the day's operations and the hotel's financial integrity. This role is responsible for closing the business day by balancing revenues and receipts while simultaneously providing essential guest services. From check-ins and check-outs to addressing inquiries, the Night Auditor ensures a smooth and secure overnight operation, acting as the primary point of contact for guests during the quiet hours.
This position is primarily indoor, requiring extended periods of sitting to use computers and telephones, with occasional standing, walking, and lifting of items up to 10 lbs. The role demands availability for overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, to maintain continuous hotel coverage.
