About the Role

The Night Auditor-Hospitality Worker III is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. This role may involve the oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the guest services operation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

In this position, you will greet guests, anticipate their needs, and coordinate registration. You will operate registers and software systems to complete transactions, answer phone calls and emails, and deliver messages as needed. The role may also require physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing, as well as the use of uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
