About the Role
Join our team as a Night Auditor at Hyatt Place Milwaukee Downtown. This position serves as the Manager on Duty during the overnight hours of 11 PM to 7 AM, overseeing nightly hotel operations to ensure accurate guest billing and maintaining financial records. The role is designed for detail-oriented individuals with strong organizational skills who thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment. You will be the face of the hotel during late-night hours, ensuring that every guest interaction is handled with professionalism and care while managing the critical back-end processes that keep the hotel running smoothly.

- check_circlePost charges and payments to guest accounts ensuring all transactions are accurate
- check_circlePost room and tax charges and ensure departing folios are printed and distributed
- check_circleRun the close day on the computer system, run backups, and generate night audit reports
- check_circleProcess guest mail, messages, and faxes by receiving, sorting, and distributing
- check_circleMaintain the front desk logbook to enhance communication between shifts and management
- check_circlePractice written safety standards to ensure a secure and safe work environment
- check_circleReconcile gift shop paperwork and complete spreadsheets for banquet event orders
