The Deals Experience team builds and maintains highly visible, customer-facing web and mobile experiences that support major sales and promotional events. We focus on delivering reliable, high-performance, and intuitive journeys that directly impact customer engagement and revenue. By partnering closely with product, design, and engineering, the team proactively identifies risk and embeds quality and scalability into every stage of the development lifecycle. Our work ensures customers can confidently discover, shop, and complete deals—even during peak traffic and high-impact launches.
As a Senior QA Engineer for the Deals Experience, you will serve as a technical quality leader for our deals experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role goes beyond execution; you will heavily influence quality strategy end-to-end, shape engineering and product decisions, and ensure our customer-facing solutions meet the highest standards for reliability, performance, and usability. You will define quality approaches, mentor others, and embed quality engineering best practices into the development lifecycle. Working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers, you will proactively identify risk, design scalable test automation solutions, and continuously raise the quality bar for our high-visibility launches.

This is a local position based in Richfield, Minnesota. The role requires an onsite presence 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Experience working with Android and iOS native applications and mobile test automation. Strong experience embedding testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions. Proven ability to test and validate performance, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design at scale. Experience influencing cross functional teams and advocating for quality in fast paced, agile environments.
Skills: React, React Native, Next.js, Cypress, Playwright, Jest, Detox, Javascript, Typescript, Splunk.
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
