As a New Grad Registered Nurse, you will begin your professional nursing career in a supportive, patient-centered environment that prioritizes clinical excellence and compassionate care. This role is designed for recent nursing graduates eager to build confidence and competence in core nursing skills while working as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team.
You will provide direct, hands-on care to patients, performing comprehensive assessments, monitoring vital signs, and administering treatments under the guidance of experienced nurses and clinical leaders. Your day will involve collaborating closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and ancillary staff to ensure safe, coordinated, and effective care. You will also participate in shift handoffs, interdisciplinary rounds, and team huddles, contributing to a positive work environment and strong patient outcomes.

You will have opportunities to strengthen your skills in IV therapy, wound care, safe patient handling, infection prevention, and early recognition of changes in patient condition.
