As a New Grad Registered Nurse, you will join an experienced interdisciplinary team to provide direct nursing care to ED patients under established protocols and supervision. This full-time role is designed to help new graduates build confidence and advance their nursing careers through dedicated mentoring and training. You will be an integral part of the emergency response, collaborating with physicians and colleagues to develop and implement care plans while responding to emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions.

This initiative includes ongoing training and skills development specifically tailored to support your transition into professional practice.
