About the Role
As a New Grad Registered Nurse, you will join an experienced interdisciplinary team to provide direct nursing care to ED patients. This full-time role is designed to help you build confidence and advance your nursing career through a supportive environment focused on mentoring and training. You will collaborate closely with physicians and colleagues to develop and implement care plans, ensuring high-quality outcomes for every patient.
Your day-to-day will involve triage, ongoing assessment, and continuous monitoring of patient status, responding to emergencies and rapidly changing conditions with precision. You will administer medications and treatments safely, perform essential procedures like IV insertion, and educate patients and families on treatments and discharge instructions. Beyond clinical duties, you will contribute to a culture of compassion and participate in a structured new graduate residency program designed to hone your skills and deepen your expertise.
Hiring Process
We are seeking dedicated new graduates to join our family. Candidates must be active RN license holders in the state of practice and possess an Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing. While BLS is required, we encourage candidates with or willing to obtain ACLS, PALS, or TNCC certifications. Selected candidates will participate in our comprehensive new grad residency to ensure a smooth transition into the emergency setting.
