About the Role
MetroHealth is seeking a Neurosurgery Physician Assistant to collaborate closely with neurosurgery physicians and the care team. This role is designed to deliver comprehensive patient care across the entire continuum, including pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases. The Physician Assistant will assess, manage, and coordinate neurosurgical health concerns, provide timely referrals when necessary, and ensure seamless care transitions.
The position encompasses neurosurgery call coverage, inpatient management, and assistance in the operating room as needed. The role requires the ability to prioritize work assignments and maintain flexibility within a fast-paced clinical environment.
