As a Neuroscience Account Manager for the Baltimore territory, you will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio to psychiatrists and institutional accounts, including community mental health centers and hospitals. This role is designed for a results-driven professional who thrives in a rapidly changing environment and is adept at executing against tough commercialization challenges.
You will execute sales and marketing strategies by leveraging comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance. Your day-to-day involves using digital tools and data-based insights to create opportunities, develop strategy, and allocate resources effectively. You will build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, applying a "total office" account management approach. Success in this role requires staying informed on reimbursement dynamics to anticipate and address payer access issues while adhering to all pharmaceutical and regulatory standards.
The primary territory is Baltimore, MD. We will consider candidates who live within 40 miles of the territory boundaries, which include Silver Spring, Reisterstown, Glen Burnie, and Rockville. Candidates must have access to a major airport. This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 30-40% domestically to meet customers, internal personnel, and attend conferences.

Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience including depression, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Documented successful sales performance. Ownership and accountability for the development and execution of fully integrated account plans. Strong analytical background, and experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends. Experience in calling on customers at a variety of call points, including offices, community mental health centers and hospitals. Sales experience with buy & bill/injectable products. Experience in product launches. Previous experience working with alliance partners (i.e., co-promotions). Strong leadership through participation in committees, job rotations, panels and related activities.
