As a Network Operations Engineer, you will provide technical expertise in a critical role involving network transformation, outages, service issues, optimization, and maintenance. You will be responsible for providing support to keep things running smoothly and change the way that our customers live, work, and play.
We are a 24x7 highly visible Operations environment. In this fast-paced, ever-changing network setting, you will be the first to encounter and solve problems, enjoying the challenge of troubleshooting and driving issues to resolution. You'll work within an established process to complete tasks while supporting the rotational needs of a technical environment.

A technical degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline. Knowledge of telecommunications equipment and technologies like Telephony Switching, Data Communications and Network Routers. Computer support experience, including troubleshooting PC hardware and configurations. Vendor management experience.

Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
