We are seeking a hard-working, mission-minded Network Field Engineer to join our team and support vital telecommunication systems in the WMA and field environments. You will work alongside exceptionally talented professionals, including IT Operational Specialists, LAN/WAN Engineers, and logistical professionals, to implement and maintain the latest communication systems and complex networks.
In this role, you will operate in remote, autonomous environments, often traveling up to 25% of the time across the Continental US. Your day-to-day involves deploying, installing, and maintaining servers, routers, switches, and telecommunications infrastructure while ensuring systems are implemented on schedule. Beyond technical execution, you will provide measurable input into new products, processes, and operational plans, coaching junior engineers and managing field teams to achieve overall function results.
