About the Role
We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with deep Property and Casualty (P&C) domain expertise to lead the architecture and development of scalable back-end solutions. This role is critical for bridging complex business requirements with robust technical implementations, ensuring our client's systems remain secure, efficient, and aligned with industry standards.
As a key technical leader, you will serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Your day will involve designing system architectures, mentoring a team of developers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional groups including front-end engineers, DevOps, and product management. You will also spend time traveling to client locations in Erie, PA, or Piscataway, NJ, to conduct onsite meetings, gather requirements, and document functional specifications.
