About the Role
We are seeking an experienced .NET AWS Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise-scale cloud-native applications. This role is pivotal for driving application modernization initiatives, specifically migrating legacy systems to AWS cloud environments. As a Technical Lead, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
You will serve as the technical authority for the team, establishing coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices. Your day-to-day involves architecting cloud-native solutions using AWS best practices, designing event-driven microservices, and mentoring developers through complex technical challenges. Beyond coding, you will be deeply involved in Agile ceremonies, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and ensure system reliability.
