The ideal candidate will prioritize customer service and demonstrate excellent driving skills, always ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers. You will work closely with dispatchers and healthcare providers to execute timely trips, accommodating last-minute changes while maintaining strict adherence to traffic laws and HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
Work Environment
This position is based in Lake County, Illinois, and operates primarily from a company vehicle, including wheelchair-accessible vans. The role involves a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Drivers should be prepared for occasional exposure to various weather conditions while maintaining a professional presence on the road.
