We are seeking a Nationally Registered Paramedic to provide critical support for our government customer in Wahiawa, HI. In this role, you will serve as an Instructor/Operator (I/O) delivering instructor-led medical training across classroom, field, and simulated environments. You will be responsible for executing training in both individual and collective settings, including battlefield simulation conditions, to support Active Duty, Army Reserve, National Guard, and Department of Army Civilians.
Your day-to-day will involve developing and modifying realistic medical training scenarios that integrate battlefield conditions, casualty effects, and scenario injects. You will configure and execute simulation environments, perform operator-level maintenance on medical training devices, and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure readiness. Additionally, you will conduct student evaluations, manage moulage kits and medical consumables, and lead After Action Reviews (AARs) to capture lessons learned and drive continuous training improvement.
