About the Role

We are seeking a National Safety Director to foster a best-in-class safety culture across our distributed workforce. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the expert in safety protocols, recommending revisions to policies and procedures to mitigate risk and proposing system changes to minimize potential hazards. Beyond policy development, you will be instrumental in improving Southern Home Services' safety performance by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to employees at all levels.

This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in a high-growth environment and is passionate about building a culture where safety is a core value. You will work closely with management and employees to influence safety compliance, manage company fleets, and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards. The role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on engagement, including leading injury inquiries, analyzing accident reports, and conducting safety training sessions.
