As a Christian corporation, Young Life employs individuals who profess a belief in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord. This includes being ready to fulfill ministry functions, refraining from conduct that detracts from biblical standards, and abiding by all organizational policies.

The WyldLife National Initiatives Coordinator is a pivotal role within the growing WyldLife leadership team. WyldLife is Young Life's ministry specifically for middle school kids, focused on introducing them to Jesus and helping them grow in their faith. You will join a small, highly motivated team that partners with divisions, regions, and areas to equip staff and volunteers for age-specific excellence, raise awareness, and expand the ministry.
This position is one of influence, requiring a high-capacity self-starter with proven relational and communication skills. You will cast vision to others and work collaboratively to train leaders (both online and in-person), create resources, and help staff build and implement strategies around WyldLife. The ideal candidate is passionate about reaching middle school kids with the Gospel and possesses a demonstrated understanding of the uniqueness of ministry with this age group, supported by significant experience working directly with middle schoolers and their parents.
In this role, you will serve as a member of the WyldLife executive team, partnering with Senior Vice Presidents and regional directors to lead the ministry across the mission. You will help plan the national WyldLife Summit, develop strategic plans for new ministries, and ensure that camp experiences meet the needs of middle schoolers. Additionally, you will be expected to serve in a local WyldLife ministry, represent the organization on national task forces, and be available for summer assignments during WyldLife sessions.
To apply, please submit your application through this external jobs board. If you are a current Young Life staff member, you must apply internally via Workday to avoid delays.
