About the Role

The Manager, Technology Change Management is the strategic partner who ensures our technology investments translate into real-world value. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex technical initiatives—such as ERP implementations, cybersecurity upgrades, and infrastructure modernization—and the people who use them every day.

You will lead organizational readiness and workforce alignment, ensuring that as we introduce new enterprise platforms and standardized processes, our teams are engaged, equipped, and ready to succeed. From warehouse floors to executive suites, you will translate technical roadmaps into business language, fostering a culture where change is embraced rather than resisted. Your work will directly impact employee engagement and accelerate the realization of business value across our multi-site operations.

The Hiring Process
