National Complex Care Liaison

About the Role

This position serves as the primary marketing representative for the facility, acting as a vital liaison between facility personnel, the families of referrals, and community professionals. The role combines strategic marketing leadership with clinical expertise, directly supervising the marketing staff while conducting clinical assessments to determine the appropriateness of potential admissions.

The successful candidate will drive the facility's growth by developing and implementing quarterly marketing plans designed to achieve budgeted admission goals. This involves cultivating professional relationships with referral sources to generate repeat opportunities, seeking out managed care partnerships, and performing competitive analysis to stay ahead of healthcare trends. The role requires a deep understanding of the hospital and marketplace, ensuring that marketing activities are cost-effective and aligned with the facility's strategic needs.

Hiring Process

Candidates are expected to demonstrate a working knowledge of admission criteria for Nexus facilities and possess current licensure in a relevant clinical field (RN, LVN, RT, PT, OT, LSW, LMSW, PTA, or COTA). The selection process will evaluate both marketing acumen and clinical judgment to ensure the candidate can effectively bridge the gap between clinical services and community outreach.
