About the Role

As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN or LVN) in San Antonio, you will join a team that values your career journey. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with flexible scheduling, allowing you to pick your schedule and your family. You will work with a 1:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, ensuring you can focus entirely on delivering high-quality, skilled nursing care according to physician-prescribed plans.

This role is designed to help you build relationships, learn new skills, and reduce stress while having fun. Whether you are managing regular shifts of 8-12 hours or handling different levels of care, you will maintain professional, clinical relationships with patients and their families while assisting clinical leadership in assessments and care coordination.
