About the Role
As the National Accounts Service Representative, you will serve as a passionate and innovative leader supporting the Hummingbird® and GP Corrugated sales team. Your mission is to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction by developing program management initiatives that maximize revenue and client retention. You will provide value chain solutions for supply chain options, new item development, and design.
In this customer-facing position, you will be responsible for the entire program lifecycle, from concept to production. You will act as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, establishing clear objectives and timelines for GP Facilities and third-party provider value chain programs. Your role demands a deep understanding of the manufacturing process, ranging from digital print technology to corrugating, converting, and logistics. You will promote the Hummingbird® ecosystem as the easy option for the high-graphic growth ambitions of new clients, fostering productive relationships by maintaining strong communication channels and delivering white-glove customer service.
Location and Work Model
This is a hybrid position based in our Cincinnati, OH office. You will work onsite four days a week and travel in the field up to 25% of the time.
