Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAdminister internal control programs to facilitate operational or administrative contract requirements
- check_circleEngage subordinate managers and security operators to ensure contract compliance and define performance expectations
- check_circleEnsure sound business practices are deployed to comply with financial performance projections
- check_circleMaintain high standards of competence through instruction and training for managers, supervisors, and security force
- check_circleProvide direct management to subordinate personnel
- check_circleInteract with senior client representatives to measure contract KPIs and key long-term initiatives
- check_circleReceive and execute technical directions issued by the client within contract terms and conditions
