The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of clients and projects, serving as a central hub for design, communications, personnel management, budgets, schedules, quality control, business development, and client relationships. This role is pivotal in assisting the Transportation Group with preparing and implementing annual business goals and multi-year strategic business plans.
In this position, you will manage services up to $1M in revenue, overseeing everything from local municipalities to PennDOT bridge and highway projects. You will act as a leader, coaching, mentoring, and motivating project team members and sub-consultants while directing their career development and performance evaluations. Your day-to-day involves ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements, managing project risk, and fostering a culture of quality assurance to reduce design errors and omissions.
