- check_circleUse culturally responsive classroom management strategies to ensure safety and high expectations
- check_circleCommunicate proactively with families, colleagues, and leaders to build strong partnerships
- check_circleEngage fully in weekly professional development and Communities of Practice
- check_circleMaintain accurate and timely records including attendance, grades, and behavior data
- check_circleDesign and implement daily and long-term lesson plans aligned with KIPP's academic vision
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution
- verifiedValid teaching credential OR eligibility for General Education Limited Assignment Permit, Provisional Internship Permit, or Short Term Staff Permit
- verifiedCPR certification by American Heart Association or American Red Cross (if applying for permit)
- verifiedProficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Classroom)
