About the Role

As an Elementary School (K-4) Multilingual Teacher, you will serve as a vital partner to our classroom teachers and administration. Your mission is to support students and educators in alignment with our core mission, vision, and pillars. You will actively work alongside the school community to design and implement high-quality instruction tailored to the unique needs of multilingual learners.

In this role, you will provide targeted educational interventions and progress monitoring through both push-in and pull-out support models. You will collaborate with colleagues to reflect on effective teaching practices, utilizing data to drive instruction and ensure every student receives the support necessary to thrive. Beyond the classroom, you will maintain open lines of communication with parents and foster positive relationships with the entire DaVinci community, including faculty, staff, and board members.
