Key Responsibilities
- check_circleInspect and oversee community to resolve problems
- check_circlePerform maintenance activities including make readies and work orders
- check_circleManage, motivate, and provide direct leadership to maintenance staff
- check_circleHire and oversee outside professionals such as electricians and plumbers
- check_circleInspect and maintain building systems including heating, electrical, and HVAC
- check_circleTrack maintenance expenditures and regulate the budget
- check_circleCheck and inspect material and tool inventory and place orders when needed
- check_circleAssist with the implementation of capital projects
- check_circleEnsure compliance with quality, health, and safety regulations
- check_circleDevelop and maintain planning routines and preventive maintenance schedules
- check_circleApprove maintenance strategies and validate monthly reporting and KPIs
Requirements
- verified2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
- verifiedHigh school diploma
- verifiedIn-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- verifiedApplicable knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
