About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Multi-Site Director to oversee multiple before and after school childcare programs in Gowanda, Ellicottville, and Bemus Point, NY. This leadership role exists to ensure high-quality programming, strong enrollment, staffing stability, and full regulatory compliance across all assigned sites.

As the Multi-Site Director, you will support Site Directors and staff, conduct regular site visits, and manage staffing needs to ensure each program operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with NYS OCFS regulations. You will be the bridge between operational execution and strategic growth, balancing program quality with enrollment goals in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly.
