About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Multi-Site Director to oversee after-school childcare programs in Attica and Crothersville, IN. This leadership role is the backbone of our operations in these locations, responsible for ensuring high-quality programming, strong enrollment, staffing stability, and full regulatory compliance.
As the Multi-Site Director, you will support Site Directors and staff, conduct regular site visits, and manage staffing needs to ensure each program operates safely and effectively. You will be the bridge between our mission and the daily reality of our sites, balancing program quality, enrollment goals, and operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach to supporting staff and maintaining the high standards that define our brand.
