About the Role
As a Mortgage Lending Training Specialist, you will be the catalyst for professional growth within our mortgage division. Your mission is to establish a strong foundation for new hires through comprehensive, interactive onboarding that extends well beyond the initial training period. You will design and facilitate engaging learning experiences that transform complex regulatory requirements and operational procedures into accessible knowledge.
This role is dynamic and people-focused. You will travel to branches within and outside the Evansville region, providing ongoing coaching, sales training, and refresher sessions to ensure consistent excellence across all locations. Whether conducting main office training or visiting branch teams, you will bring creativity and enthusiasm to the learning process, making the development journey both fun and effective.
