The Mold Builder constructs and assembles precision wooden forms and mold components for precast concrete production. This hands-on role is critical to supporting high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will translate production drawings into durable, accurate structures, requiring a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain tight tolerances while utilizing a variety of hand and power tools.
