About the Role
As an In-Home Associate Veterinarian in Reno, NV, and surrounding areas, you will reconnect with the heart of why you became a veterinarian. This role honors your time and supports your well-being by allowing you to practice medicine that fills your heart and aligns with your values. You will provide deeply appreciated care to families, enjoying an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day. This structure gives you more time with families and less time on paperwork, fostering gratitude at every appointment.
You will work independently while remaining connected to a supportive network. The role includes comprehensive onboarding, personalized mentorship from seasoned professionals, and access to a 24/7/365 Support Center. You will also have "phone-a-friend" access to experienced leaders and dedicated practice managers who want to see you shine.

We offer flexible schedules ranging from 2 to 5 days per week, with compensation varying based on the schedule structure (4-day positions starting at $75,000 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $90,000, plus bonus opportunities). 3-day full-time and part-time opportunities are also available with prorated compensation.
