About the Role

As an In-Home Associate Veterinarian in Reno, NV, and surrounding areas, you will practice with purpose while living a balanced life. This role honors your time and reconnects you with the heart of why you became a veterinarian. You will provide end-of-life care in the comfort of the pet's home, allowing for 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day. This structure gives you more time with families and less time on paperwork, ensuring your work fills your heart and aligns with your values.

You will never practice alone. Even while working independently, you will feel connected through ongoing training, seasoned mentors, dedicated practice managers, and 24/7/365 access to our Support Center. We offer a "phone-a-friend" network to experienced leaders and comprehensive onboarding to help you shine.

Hiring Process

To join our team, please submit your application for the Reno, NV area. We offer flexible schedules ranging from 3 to 5 days per week, with compensation varying based on the schedule structure (4-day positions starting at $75,000 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $90,000, plus bonus opportunities). 3-day full-time and part-time opportunities are also available with prorated compensation.
