About the Role
Our client, a leader in facilities management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their Facilities Support team. In this dynamic environment, you will be essential to ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of critical building systems across multiple locations. This role exists to bridge the gap between technical expertise and proactive facility management, directly impacting building safety and efficiency.
As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will thrive by demonstrating strong technical skills and a commitment to safety and quality. Your day-to-day involves traveling between various facilities to perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems. You will maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment through cleaning, inspection, calibration, and part replacement, while also overseeing preventative maintenance, inventory control, and contracted maintenance services.
