About the Role
Our client, a leading provider of building maintenance and facility management services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their Facilities Support team. In this role, you will support commercial and industrial clients across Omaha, NE, ensuring the reliability of their critical infrastructure.
You will be the frontline expert responsible for operating, inspecting, and maintaining a wide array of systems, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Your day will involve a mix of proactive preventive maintenance and responsive repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance. Beyond technical execution, you will conduct thorough inspections of property interiors and exteriors, identifying structural or lighting issues, and prepare detailed reports to recommend corrective actions to management.
