About the Role

As a Mobile Engineer, you will be the frontline guardian of facility operations in Las Vegas and the surrounding area. This role is designed for a multi-skilled technician who thrives on variety and technical challenge. Your mission is to ensure the highest efficiency and safety standards across all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production systems. You will not just fix problems; you will anticipate them, extending the life expectancy of critical assets while minimizing downtime.

Your day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and facility inspections. You will operate and troubleshoot complex HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution, and plumbing networks. Beyond the core mechanical systems, you will handle building interior and exterior repairs, including roofing, lighting, and grounds. You will utilize CMMS systems to track work orders in real time and conduct due diligence efforts to ensure client occupancy remains uninterrupted. This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise directly impacts the operational success of our clients' properties.
