About the Role
This position is designed for a technology leader with a proven track record of technical achievements and a strong process and methodology orientation. You will be responsible for designing and developing software to create cutting-edge solutions, translating user stories and business requirements into technical solutions through rapid prototyping and proof of concepts.
In this role, you will work closely with product owners, designers, and UX experts to shape and deliver features to customers. You will own the delivery of features from concept to code to production, converting proof of concepts into production-grade solutions capable of scaling for millions of users. Beyond hands-on development, you will lead from the front, nurturing and mentoring a technical team of iOS and Android developers while ensuring adherence to best practices in app development, security, and testing.
You will operate in a highly-iterative Agile (Scrum) environment, collaborating in a diverse setting to develop tools and libraries that enable rapid and scalable development. Your day-to-day will involve participating in monthly team meetings, team-building efforts, technical discussions, and peer reviews, while contributing to our internal knowledge base and providing status reports to Account Management.
