Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. These ambassadors create energy and excitement around our products and services, thriving in a high-traffic environment where technology innovations and customer needs are continuously evolving.
You will be obsessed with the connected world, building and deepening relationships with customers through meaningful interactions. Your day involves proactively engaging with a broad range of customers, using digital tools to educate them, and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions. You will identify customer needs, match their pace, and build rapport to ensure they understand how to self-serve and utilize the T-Mobile app. By exceeding performance targets and doing it the Right Way, you will help drive sales activity and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
