About the Role
As an MLT/Medical Technologist, you will be the backbone of our diagnostic operations, performing accurate and timely testing to support clinical decision-making. This role exists to ensure the integrity of patient data through rigorous validation of routine and complex laboratory tests. You will operate and maintain sophisticated analyzers, manage specimen workflows, and collaborate closely with pathologists, nurses, and providers to resolve test-related issues. Beyond daily operations, you will participate in process improvements, proficiency testing, and regulatory readiness, while also having the opportunity to train and mentor new staff and students.
