About the Role
The Mitigation Project Manager oversees emergency mitigation projects from initial assessment through completion. This leadership role serves as the critical link between field operations, customers, and insurance partners. You will direct technicians, manage workflow and documentation, and ensure that safety and quality standards are met in high-pressure environments. The ideal candidate brings a strong mitigation background, the ability to lead teams, and the operational mindset to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will participate in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends, to support our emergency loss response needs. Key Responsibilities

- check_circleCreate accurate scopes, estimates, and job plans using company software and industry standards
- check_circleLead, mentor, and support technicians to ensure high performance and exceptional customer service
- check_circleManage projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- check_circleMaintain strong communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams throughout the job lifecycle
- check_circleEnsure compliance with all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and industry regulations
- check_circleOversee equipment setup, monitoring, moisture readings, photo documentation, and job-site verification
- check_circleReview and approve all documentation including technician notes, photos, moisture logs, and job summaries

Requirements
