About the Role

As the Mill Manager for our Milwaukee facility, you will provide organizational leadership and management support to achieve site and business unit goals. You will be responsible for the overall management of the paper mill, developing and executing operational strategies to optimize operating profit and customer relationships while ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will oversee daily operating strategies with a focus on meeting financial, operating, quality, service, and safety objectives, ensuring the mill operates at peak production. You will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the Greif Production System, monitor operating effectiveness, and manage site budgets to support profitability targets. Additionally, you will foster strong customer relationships, provide technical support for process and planning issues, and collaborate with sales, finance, HR, and global sourcing teams to manage company business.
