For over a century, we have nurtured inquisitive thinkers, responsible citizens, and compassionate leaders. Our essence lies in the richness of relationships among students, faculty, parents, and alumni within a dynamic learning community that balances high personal and academic expectations.
The Middle School Counselor joins a dedicated administrative and student support team, reporting directly to the Head of the Middle School. This role is pivotal in building a healthy culture that cultivates student agency, inclusion, growth, discovery, and joy, while connecting deeply with Collegiate's "Portrait of a Graduate."
As a Middle School Counselor, you will partner with faculty, families, and the broader JK-12 counseling team to support the holistic development of our students. This position is designed for a committed professional passionate about working with middle school-aged children, focusing on individualized counseling, social-emotional learning (SEL), and crisis response.
