About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Middle Market Commercial Banker at the AVP/VP level to expand our commercial banking operations. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to mid-sized businesses, developing and managing relationships while offering customized financial solutions. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing financial statements and credit data to assess risk, preparing compelling business proposals, and negotiating loan terms that balance client satisfaction with organizational safety. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to advocate for client interests, ensuring all practices adhere to strict regulatory and policy requirements.
