About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level Systems Engineer to provide enterprise-focused engineering support to a government customer. This role entails supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) customer and communicating with program personnel, customers, and senior executives. You will be responsible for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with process areas defined in ISO/IEC 15288. The position involves developing innovative approaches to technical issues, analyzing alternatives for project implementation, and contributing to the development of critical systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, and Interface Control Documents. You will also manage system requirements to ensure production systems align with defined architectures like DoDAF and Service-oriented Architecture, while coordinating the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board meetings and various program reviews.
